1. Who we are

MyFirstKeys is a first-time homebuyer education and lead-generation website operated by Jesse Vargas, California Realtor® with Lifestyle Realty, DRE #02195810. References to “MyFirstKeys,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to Jesse Vargas and the operation of this website.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide through a question form, personalized-plan request, or other website interaction, including:

• Name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Your questions, home-buying goals, preferred timeline, location, estimated budget, and other details you choose to provide.
• Answers entered into interactive tools when you submit them as part of a request for personalized guidance.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, date and time, and security or diagnostic events.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to your request, create or discuss a personalized home-buying plan, provide information about real estate services, follow up about your stated interests, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with applicable law.

The calculators and educational tools provide estimates only. They do not make automated lending, housing, or eligibility decisions.

4. Follow Up Boss and service providers

When you submit a form, the information is securely sent to Follow Up Boss, the customer relationship management system Jesse uses to organize inquiries and follow up with prospective clients. Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and security services. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services, subject to their own agreements and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Calls, texts, and emails

If you request contact and provide a phone number or email address, Jesse may contact you about your question, personalized plan, or related real estate services. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.

You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” to a text, using an unsubscribe option when available, or contacting Jesse using the information below. Transactional replies to an active request may still be sent when appropriate.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site and its hosting provider may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, performance, and reliable operation. MyFirstKeys does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral-advertising trackers. If those practices change, this policy will be updated.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain business records, provide requested services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted web connections and encrypted storage of integration credentials. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your privacy choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry. You may also withdraw communication consent. Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may exercise them without discriminatory treatment. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

MyFirstKeys is intended for adults considering a real estate transaction and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The site may link to third-party websites whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy when our website, providers, or practices change. The “Last updated” date will show when the latest revision took effect.
